An Event with Us
With experience playing nearly 100 weddings and dinner parties, we know how to make your event special and run smoothly. We double check event details and capture your vision. On the day of your event, we'll show up early to get everything set up and create a clean, professional look.
Songs and Requests
Here is a sample of our set list. You'll hear hits from Justin Timberlake, Frankie Valli, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Bruno Mars, Chicago, Billy Joel, Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, Jason Mraz, Niel Sedaka, Maroon 5 and more. We are always adding new songs and keeping up with recent hits. If there is a specific song you want played, just ask! We take request before hand. If your "First Dance" or other song isn't on our set list, we'll put our heads together and learn how to play your perfect song.
We understand the difference between conversation volume and dance volume later on during the wedding. That way everyone can talk, eat, and dance. We know when to play background music and when to turn it up. We'll discuss the overall mood of the event with you and play to the room. At the end of the day, we want to exceed your expectations while matching your vision of the event. We have no problem taking center stage or staying in the background if that is what you are looking for.
We love to get people onto the dance floor! Once your wedding reception or event is ready to get people moving, we'll turn things up and get people out there. You'll be surprised how much people love to dance to live music. We play a great mix of modern and classic upbeat dance songs.
Your guests will love watching a live band. It's always fun for us to watch people's reactions when they arrive at a reception and see a live band. It automatically gives your event a sense of class and it makes the atmosphere come alive.
Just like flowers and lighting, an fancy drum set and a polished electric bass are sure to excite your guests from the moment they arrive. We can adjust our set up to fit in with your decorations.
We start playing before your guests arrive and we'll continue playing until they're gone. We'll always be flexible because we understand how weddings go. You never have to worry about us stopping too soon.
We bring all of our own sound equipment. It can fill any venue with sound and it can also be quite and dynamic. You're welcome to utilize our microphones for announcements and toasts etc. We're also happy to make announcements for you.
We travel anywhere throughout the greater Salt Lake Valley for typical costs. We're not opposed to traveling further but additional costs may apply. Just contact us and we'll give you a quote.
Space & Power Requirements
Always consider where the dance floor will be. It's best to have the band set up right by it. As for space, we've made some pretty tight places work in the past. A 10 x 10 foot area works well. Corners are always good. We can work directly with your venue to find the best spot.
Are We Real Brothers?
We are indeed real brothers. The Egan Brothers Band grew up heavily involved in music. Taking lessons from a young age, and learning different instruments, we were able to begin playing at different events. Since 2010, we have played at several dozen weddings and events throughout Utah.
